CROA and the University of Washington School of Social Work are hosting Washington State’s first co-response retreat on May 13th at the Center for Urban Horticulture in Seattle. The event includes local and national co-response experts who will be providing skills-based training and restorative practices, as well as opportunities to network with policymakers, reseachers, and others in the field.

About the Facilitator

Oriana Noël Cozzolino, LICSW designs, facilitates, and instructs training and meetings focused on effective communication and conflict-resolution. As a state-certified mediator since 2000, she guides individuals and groups into meaningful agreements to meet business needs and navigate group dynamics. Curriculum design for adult learning is her specialty, along with instructing life-long adult learners on a variety of subjects including conflict-resolution, forgiveness, and leadership.

She is an adept and compelling public speaker. Her broad experience ranges from large conference audiences to small work-groups, from non-profits to state government, from soldiers to intentional communities and more.
In every profession, a few exceptional people rise to the very top and are unparalleled in their excellence.  As a facilitator, and trainer and teacher of adult learners, Oriana is without equal.  She is smart, knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and empathic – simply excellent at every phase of her work.
